What We Do
Every program at LARGE is designed to develop character alongside skill. We meet youth where they are — in the home, in the classroom, on the field — and build toward where they’re fully capable of going.
Providing safe, structured transitional and stable housing for at-risk youth — a foundation that makes everything else possible.

Discovery & Development
Every young person has something inside them waiting to be unlocked. At LARGE, we don’t push youth into a box — we expose them to a wide range of activities, experiences, and disciplines until they find what lights them up. Then we pour into it with them.
From team sports to individual athletics, youth get hands-on exposure across multiple disciplines — no pressure to specialize until they’re ready.
ActiveMusic, visual art, photography, film, and design — creative outlets that build confidence, identity, and a voice that carries beyond the canvas.
ActiveReal-world business exposure through LARGE’s own service companies — youth learn what it means to build something from the ground up.

Building a nonprofit that doesn’t depend on charity — it earns its way forward.
Now → Year 1
Secure 501(c)(3) status, establish the first Youth Home facility, launch initial services (lawn care, junk removal, drone), begin GED programming, and build the board and foundation team.
Year 2 → Year 3
Scale housing capacity, launch the aquaponics farm, expand Discovery programming, build out mentorship partnerships, and pursue major grant funding and corporate sponsorships.
Year 4 & Beyond
Become a self-sustaining institution — fully funded by earned revenue, grant income, and community investment — serving hundreds of youth across Cleveland annually.
